Christine Marie Mason

Christine is the author of Indivisible (September, 2016) and a contributor to Love in the Face of Everything (March, 2017).
Her upcoming work, Bending the Bow, focuses on the inner beliefs and outer habits of great leaders of social change movements, will be released in November, 2017. She is a director at Now Labs, Inc., a California based innovation firm and the editor in chief of Enter, a magazine and podcast on applied innovation, investigating the magic and mischief of emerging technologies. She convenes events (including 9 TEDxSanFrancisco events, LoveSpring, Naked Conversations, the Explorers Ball and the sensory experience group Exquisite). In 2017, Christine and John Shiva Gray founded Kaimu Mandala, a new retreat center on the Island of Hawai’i.
Christine has been a speaker or panelist at more than 100 events on the subjects of innovation, change, technology and humanism, including the Hewlett Packard Innovation Center, TEDxEast, Success Boston, and the Kellogg Entrepreneurship Forum. She has appeared widely on radio and television, including CBS, NBC, and All Things Considered on NPR; and has been an advisor to many organizations such as Estee Lauder, Panasonic, Springboard Enterprises and the Thiel Fellows. She is a veteran yoga teacher, the founder of the Institute for NonViolent Evolution, and serves on the board of Insight Out, a violent offender rehabilitation program in California State Prisons, advocating for restorative justice as a victim’s rights issue.
