During 2026-2027, we will offer script-development consulting for speakers preparing talks for other TEDx stages, with a focus on sharpening the core idea, establishing a clear throughline early, and shaping scripts that align with how TEDx talks are actually evaluated.
An initial consultation is offered at no cost.

After 15 straight years of sold-out shows and curating hundreds of TEDx Talks (100+ million views and counting), we are taking a sabbatical from producing any live speaker events for a while. We plan to resume these activities in mid 2027.

What is TEDxMarin?
TEDxMarin’s overall mission seeks to connect,educate, and collaborate with organizations, individuals, educators, companies, gifted speakers, community leaders, and thinkers whose vision aligns with ours: building strong, smart, and understanding communities through education, innovation, new ideas, and a spark of entertainment.
What is TEDx?
In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TED created a program called TEDx. TEDx is a local, self-organized event program that brings people together to share a TED-like experience. Ours is called TEDxMarin, where x = independently organized TED event.
We host three types of events.
ANNUAL EVENT At our annual event, we present new TED Talks on various topics within a broad-reaching theme to spark deeper conversations within our community.
SALONS Our TEDxSalons go deep into one specific topic with insights from leaders in their field. These Salons promote thoughtful inquiry, broaden points of view, and include time for a moderated Question and Answer segment between our featured speakers and audience questions.
SMALL CURATED GATHERINGS These are private invitation-only events for folks who have signed up/filled out the confidential invite survey.
